This is 25 percent less than paying for Day and Night separately (which would be 2 times). - Unused hours do not roll over. One booking is one shift. - Opening days, weekends, and holidays are confirmed before a booking is accepted. Default is 1 month and 1 person. Pay the full selected duration upfront. The introductory monthly rate stays fixed for that confirmed period. Renewals use the prices and availability offered at that later time. There is no automatic renewal. Dates use calendar months anchored to the start date. If the anniversary day does not exist in the target month, use the last day of that month. The last access date is the day before the anniversary. Night access on the last day continues until 9am the following morning. Example: 6 November 2026 for 1 month ends with last access on 5 December 2026. For 3 months, last access is 5 February 2027. Workspace total = rounded introductory monthly rate times shift multiplier, times months, times quantity. Address add-on = Rs. 1,999 times months, not times quantity. Company registration = Rs. 15,000 once. Trial credit = minus Rs. 1,500 once, only when selected and confirmed. Total payable now is never below zero. Company registration consulting is a separate workspace extra and does not include official government fees. ## Refunds VEN8 STUDIO. Bookings are paid upfront and are non-refundable in principle. A discretionary refund of up to 50 percent of net prepaid membership fees for complete unused calendar months may be considered. A month that has started or been used is not refundable. The trial credit is allocated to the first month. Do not apply that formula automatically to the address add-on, registration service, passes, or virtual office plans. Example: 12-month Shared Desk at the introductory rate is Rs. 167,988. Six complete unused months are Rs. 83,994. The maximum discretionary refund of those unused months is Rs. 41,997. ## Own an Enclave VEN8 STUDIO licenses the booking, access, brand, and operations system to building owners who provide the space. The public page is an overview, not the binding franchise agreement. Enquiries go through the site form or hakumat@ven8studio.com. ## Identity verification Workspace bookings ask for a photo ID (CNIC, NICOP, passport, or driving licence) before payment. The booking name is compared with the name on the uploaded ID before the booking is saved. A booking is confirmed only after payment succeeds and the identity document is accepted. Virtual office checkout uses two identity routes. The server decides the route. The site treats Route A as nationality and country of residence both in the Route A country list, which defaults to Pakistan. Route A (Pakistan): full legal name, WhatsApp, email, company name, business activity, intended use, 13-digit CNIC, a scan of both sides of the CNIC, residential address in Pakistan, and a selfie holding the CNIC. Route B (anyone not on Route A): passport number and passport scan, a selfie, residential address abroad, proof of address, connection to Pakistan, whether a company is already registered, director or UBO name, business web presence, and a secondary contact. Incomplete or mismatched virtual office information can cancel the service without a refund. Payment is by credit or debit card (PayFast) or bank transfer, when those methods are enabled. ## Frequently asked questions What is Enclave Coworking? The first and only coworking space in Bahria Enclave, Islamabad. Monthly memberships cover a Shared Desk, a Dedicated Desk, a Quiet Room Desk, or an Executive Room. What workspace memberships do you offer? Shared Desk, Dedicated Desk, and Quiet Room Desk are priced per person per month. The Executive Room is priced per room per month. You can also buy a Day or Night Pass, or a virtual office plan for mail. What are the shifts? Day is 9am to 9pm. Night is 9pm to 9am the following day. A later renewal uses the prices and availability offered at that time. Can I use Enclave as my business address? Yes. It is a premium commercial address in Islamabad. Plans are Mail Collection (Rs. 39,999 per year), Mail Scanning (Rs. 49,999 per year), and Mail Forwarding (Rs. 99,999 per year). Mail Forwarding does not include scanning, and courier charges are extra. What is included with a workspace membership? Your selected desk or room, the huddle room when it is free (it cannot be reserved), shared storage with CCTV (keep valuables with you), and community gatherings. A business registration address and company registration service are optional extras. How do I join? Choose a workspace, a shift if your plan needs one, a duration from 1 to 12 months, and pay the total upfront. A place is confirmed only after payment succeeds. Mail Collection sends a WhatsApp or email alert and you collect it in person. Mail Scanning adds a scan emailed the same working day, within published hours and cutoff rules. Mail Forwarding sends mail on weekly to a local or international address. Courier charges are extra, and scanning is not included on that plan. What is a desk-day? Each plan includes 10 main-floor desk-days per year. A desk-day is one person, for up to 10 hours, in one selected Day or Night shift, subject to availability. It does not include the Quiet Room or the Executive Room. How are virtual office plans billed? Once a year. Mail Collection is Rs. 39,999, Mail Scanning is Rs. 49,999, and Mail Forwarding is Rs. 99,999. These are not monthly instalments. What monthly workspace plans are available? If you join a monthly plan within 7 days of your first paid pass visit, Rs. 1,500 is credited once against that first invoice.
